To help us kick off Wellbeing Week, we shared the story The Mindful Dragon.
The story is about a boy called Drew and his gentle dragon, Diggery Doo. It helped us to be aware of what can make us feel sad or anxious and gave us some top tips on how to manage these feelings.
The books is available for the children to read, share and enjoy in school, from the new mini sharing library outside my office.
