Making New Friends
In PSHRE this week, pupils in O’Keeffe class have been demonstrating cooperation skills and building friendships. They were challenged to play with someone new and use kind words to greet each other and play a game.

In PSHRE this week, pupils in O’Keeffe class have been demonstrating cooperation skills and building friendships. They were challenged to play with someone new and use kind words to greet each other and play a game.
O’Keeffe class have been learning all about the Chinese New Year, including lantern making, dragon dances and the story of the Emperor and the 12 animals of the Zodiac. Here is some writing retelling the story:
This week, pupils in O’Keeffe class have been learning the book ‘Lost and Found’ by Oliver Jeffers. The pupils have sequenced the story and are exploring the characters. Here are some sentences written by the Reception pupils:
Pupils in O’Keeffe class enjoyed a shape party. As part of their learning about 2D shapes, they created a dance for each shape!
O’Keeffe class have been busy getting stuck into their transport topic by designing, creating and writing about their own vehicles.
